How much time answer of support?!
In 2008, ive played a trial of Guild Wars. Only now, ive decided to buy a Guild Wars Trilogy key. Received, added to this old account, but i did not know of this new security, that they request a character name (I think this is a not necessary security ). Well, I cant remember of a character
Sent a ticket to the support, 3 days ago, and so far, no response. How long it usually takes to respond? Thanks in advance! |

1. It is definitely necessary, it probably stopped a lot of hacks.
2. 3 days ago was the weekend, I'd give it some more time. |

usually you would get an automated response within the first 24-48 hours. After that...it all depends on what they need to do, what they need from you, etc.
Have you received the automated email yet?

does the automated email ask you to give them any information? If so they could be waiting on that from you (they will probably ask for some stuff to identify you as you as well as stuff from the game like keys or receipts).
